1. Subject of the General Terms and Conditions

LÁZNĚ PRAMEN issues these General Terms and Conditions for the provision of services to clients, regulating and defining their rights and obligations.

2. Ordering services

On the website: Online ordering of services takes place at: www.pivnispa.cz. A payment gateway is used to pay for orders placed on the website.

Personal ordering of services at the reception: Personal orders can be made directly at the spa reception during opening hours. If an order is made in person, it is only considered valid when it is paid in full.

3. Confirmation of the order

After payment of the order, the client will receive a confirmation, which serves as proof of successful ordering of services. If the client pays the price of the order in cash or by credit card at the reception of the spa, he/she will receive a printed voucher. If the client makes the payment electronically on the website www.pivnispa.cz, the order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided by the client during the ordering process.

4. Procedure rules

Clients are obliged to arrive for the treatment at least 10 minutes before the start of the treatment. In case the client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the treatment time will be reduced in proportion to the time of delay, due to the necessary prior preparation of the spa. In case of late arrival, clients are not entitled to an extension of the treatment time or financial compensation.

Before starting the procedure, the client is obliged to present the reception staff with a confirmation proving the order and payment of the ordered services. The voucher can be presented either on paper or in electronic form (e.g. on a phone or tablet).

5. Operating regulations

The operating rules serve to ensure safety, order and cleanliness in the spa premises. Every visitor undertakes to comply with the rules of operation, as well as all other rules of proper and safe operation.

LÁZNĚ PRAMEN can be visited only after prior reservation and payment of the price. Access to LÁZNĚ PRAMEN is allowed to persons over 18 years of age. Persons who, due to a physical disability, cannot move safely on their own, or who could endanger their health, are only permitted to enter LÁZNĚ PRAMEN with an appropriate escort. Every visitor to LÁZNĚ PRAMEN is obliged to familiarize himself with the contraindications of the spa or massage. There is a straw bed in every room to relax after a bath. The straw is replaced regularly once every 3 months. Visitors are prohibited from behavior contrary to good manners or disrupting the observance of security, peace and order. It is forbidden to make unnecessary noise, run and enter areas intended only for staff in the premises of LÁZNĚ PRAMEN. Persons who are drunk or under the influence of drugs may be excluded from visiting LÁZNĚ PRAMEN. There is a strict ban on smoking, using drugs and making fires in the premises of LÁZNĚ PRAMEN. Every visitor is obliged to take into account the increased risk of injury that is associated with the operation of the beer bath in connection with wet areas. Therefore, extra caution is necessary, especially when entering and exiting the bath. Visitors to LÁZNĚ PRAMEN are at their own risk. The operator bears no responsibility for injuries and accidents caused by visitors through their own carelessness or non-compliance with these regulations. Visitors are obliged to immediately report all injuries to LÁZNĚ PRAMEN staff, who will provide first aid. If the accident is not reported in time at LÁZNĚ PRAMEN, the operator will not take into account the later reporting of the accident. Every visitor is obliged to obey the instructions of LÁZNĚ PRAMEN staff, who are responsible for the safety of visitors and compliance with the operating rules. Bringing your own glasses and glass objects, which could cause serious injury if they slip, is strictly prohibited in all areas of LÁZNĚ PRAMEN.

It is forbidden to manipulate, move or otherwise damage the internal equipment of the beer bath. It is forbidden to take things belonging to the internal equipment and property of the beer bath. It is forbidden to enter the premises of the technical background and technologies. Persons who do not respect the operating rules of LÁZNĚ PRAMEN can be expelled by the spa staff, without refund of the price paid for the procedure. The operator is not responsible for valuables brought into the LÁZNĚ PRAMEN premises. Large sums of money, jewelry, mobile phones, payment cards, etc. are considered valuable items. Any theft must be reported to the spa staff. In the event of a fire, visitors to LÁZNĚ PRAMEN are obliged to follow the instructions of LÁZNĚ PRAMEN staff or the fire alarm guidelines. In case of excessive pollution of the premises, the client is obliged to pay the costs of cleaning and remediation of the premises in the amount of CZK 2,000. In case of damage or destruction of the spa inventory, the client is obliged to pay the costs of its repair or replacement. Acquaintance with the operating rules and its acceptance is confirmed by the client with his signature in accordance with the rules of the GDPR.

6. Rights and obligations of the client

Clients have the right to provide services in the scope and quality according to the paid order. Clients are obliged to comply with the established program of the procedure and to comply with the rules of the procedure set forth in these General Terms and Conditions. By completing the reservation, the client confirms that he is over 18 years old, that his information is true and that he agrees that it will be used for further processing by the spa operator. At the request of the operator, the client is obliged to prove his age before the start of the procedure, by means of an ID card, ID card, passport or other form of identification.

The client has the right to cancel or change the order, but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled date of the ordered procedure. Cancellation / change of the order can be done via the reservation form or by free e-mail at infopivnispa.cz. Telephone cancellations will not be considered. In case of cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled date, the client has the right to a refund of 100% of the price already paid. In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 48 hours before the reserved time, the client will be charged a 100% cancellation fee from the already paid price.

7. Obligations of the operator

The operator is obliged to inform the client about any changes in the order well in advance.

8. Health risks and recommendations

People with high blood pressure, after heart surgery, cardiac patients, pregnant women from 3 months of pregnancy and people allergic to proteins, yeast or hops are advised to consult their doctor about visiting the spa.

9. Final Provisions

The company LÁZNĚ PRAMEN s.r.o. has the right to change and update the General Terms and Conditions. The current version of the GTC is always published on the website www.pivnispa.cz.
